The City Council is seeking applications from Clearlake citizens for a seat on the Planning Commission with a four-year term expiring in March 2023.

The Clearlake Planning Commission is composed of five individuals appointed by the majority of the City Council for staggered, four-year terms.
The scope of duties of the Planning Commission is as follows:
Hear and act upon land use applications
Act as the advisory agency for the City in connection with the administration of the Subdivision Map Act of the State and the City's subdivision regulations
Perform the duties of a planning commission as prescribed by the State of California
The Planning Commission meets the first and third Tuesday of every month at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers at City Hall.
