NOTICE INVITING BIDS - DAM ROAD EXTENSION

The City of Clearlake (“City”) will receive sealed bids for the Dam Road Extension - South Center Drive to 18th Avenue Project at the office of the City Clerk, 14050 Olympic Drive, Clearlake, California 95422, no later than Thursday, June 28th, 2018 @ 3:00pm, at which time or thereafter said bids will be opened and read aloud in chambers of the City Council of the City of Clearlake, 14050 Olympic Drive, Clearlake, California.  Bids received after this time will be returned unopened.  Bids shall be valid for 90 calendar days after the bid opening date.  Bids must be submitted on the City’s Bid Forms.  

Bidders may obtain a copy of the Contract Documents with all requirements from Coastland Civil Engineering at: 1400 Neotomas Ave., Santa Rosa, California 95405, for a nonrefundable fee of sixty dollars ($60).  Contract Documents may be mailed within California (costs for out-of-state mailings will be higher) for an additional non-refundable charge of twenty dollars ($20). The City will also make the Contract Documents available for review at one or more plan rooms.  A Pre-Bid Conference is not scheduled for this project.  Prospective bidders are encouraged to visit the Project Site, and may do so without making arrangements through the City Engineer. 

NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS/QUALIFICATIONS 

Notice is hereby given that the City of Clearlake is now seeking proposals from qualified individuals and/or firms for Construction Inspection and as-needed Materials Testing Services during the construction of a new road called Dam Road Extension, South Center Drive to 18th Avenue, until June 28, 2018 at 3:00 p.m.  Proposals must be complete and submitted in a sealed envelope and submitted to: Adeline Brown, City of Clearlake, 14050 Olympic Drive, Clearlake, CA 95422.  No late submittals will be accepted.  For a copy of the request, please contact Adeline Brown at 707-994-8201, Ext. 341 or email abrown@clearlake.ca.us.

The City of Clearlake (“City”) will receive sealed bids for the Pine Street Pavement Rehabilitation Project at the office of the City Clerk, 14050 Olympic Drive, Clearlake, California 95422, no later than July 12, 2018 @ 3:00pm, at which time or thereafter said bids will be opened and read aloud in City Hall of the City of Clearlake, 14050 Olympic Drive, Clearlake, California.  Bids received after this time will be returned unopened.  Bids shall be valid for 90 calendar days after the bid opening date.  Bids must be submitted on the City’s Bid Forms.

(CEC) at: 1110 Civic Center Blvd., Suite 404, Yuba City, California 95993, for a nonrefundable fee of sixty dollars ($60).  Contract Documents may be mailed within California (costs for out-of-state mailings will be higher) for an additional non-refundable charge of twenty dollars ($20).  The City will also make the Contract Documents available for review at one or more plan rooms. Plans must be purchased through office of CEC Inc. and be on official plan holders list in order to submit a qualifying bid.  A Pre-Bid Conference is not scheduled for this project.  Prospective bidders are encouraged to visit the Project Site, and may do so without making arrangements through the City Engineer.
