BID POSTINGS/REQUESTS FOR PROPOSALS

NOTICE INVITING BIDS - BURNS VALLEY CIVIC CENTER ENHANCEMENT PROJECT

The City of Clearlake (“City”) will receive sealed bids for the Burns Valley Civic Center Enhancement Project at the office of the City Clerk, 14050 Olympic Drive, Clearlake, California 95422, no later than March 14, 2019 at 3:00 PM at which time or thereafter said bids will be opened and read aloud in City Hall of the City of Clearlake, 14050 Olympic Drive, Clearlake, California. Bids received after this time will be returned unopened. Bids shall be valid for 90 calendar days after the bid opening date. Bids must be submitted on the City’s Bid Forms. 

Plans and specifications for bidding of this project are obtainable at the various bid exchanges and by purchase through California Engineering Company. Purchased plans from the City are for a non-refundable deposit of $60.00 per set. An additional non-refundable deposit of $20.00 for shipping and handling is required. Deposit shall be in the form of a cashier's check, personal check or business check. To obtain plans, contractors may call 530-751-0952, Marisa Hewitt or email mhewitt@cecusa.net. 

A Pre-Bid Conference is not scheduled for this project. Prospective bidders are encouraged to visit the Project Site, and may do so without making arrangements through the City Engineer.

NOTICE INVITING BIDS - MOSS AVE. & DAVIS AVE. PAVEMENT REHABILITATION PROJECT

The City of Clearlake (“City”) will receive sealed bids for the Moss Avenue & Davis Avenue Pavement Rehabilitation Project at the office of the City Clerk, 14050 Olympic Drive, Clearlake, California 95422, no later than Thursday, February 21, 2019 @ 3:00pm, at which time or thereafter said bids will be opened and read aloud in City Hall of the City of Clearlake, 14050 Olympic Drive, Clearlake, California.  Bids received after this time will be returned unopened.  Bids shall be valid for 90 calendar days after the bid opening date.  Bids must be submitted on the City’s Bid Forms.   

Bidders may obtain a copy of the Contract Documents from the City of Clearlake at: 14050 Olympic Drive, Clearlake, California 95422, for a nonrefundable fee of Forty dollars ($40).  Contract Documents may be mailed within California (costs for out-of-state mailings will be higher) for an additional non-refundable charge of twenty dollars ($20).  The City will also make the Contract Documents available for review at one or more plan rooms.
