The City of Clearlake (“City”) will receive sealed bids for the Demolition/Lead and Asbestos Removal of Buildings at  4192 Hemlock Ave., 15210 Cass Ave., 4293 Snook Ave., 13672 Arrowhead Rd., 13970 Manakee Ave., 3411 Brown St., 14841 Valley Ave., 15834 31st Ave., 15989 32nd Ave., at the office of the City Clerk, 14050 Olympic Drive, Clearlake, California 95422, no later than February 4, 2019@ 3:00pm, at which time or thereafter said bids will be opened and read aloud in the chambers of the City Council of the City of Clearlake, 14050 Olympic Drive, Clearlake, California.  Bids received after this time will be returned unopened.  Bids shall be valid for 90 calendar days after the bid opening date.  Bids must be submitted on the City’s Forms.   

A mandatory Pre-Bid meeting/walk through is scheduled for January 24, 2019 at 10:00 am at Clearlake City Hall Council Chambers.
