Code Enforcement

The purpose of Code Enforcement is to define public nuisances and conditions that constitute blight or which could result in conditions which are harmful to the health, safety and welfare of the public.  It is the purpose and the intent of the City to encourage and promote the sound maintenance of property and enhance the livability, community appearance and the social, economic and environmental conditions of the community.

TO SUBMIT A COMPLAINT, please use our online Report a Code Violation form at the E-SERVICES link on the right.  The paper form is also available at the Police Department lobby. You may print and complete the paper form (link below) and submit it to our office by fax or mail at:
