Code Enforcement

The purpose of Code Enforcement is to define public nuisances and conditions that constitute blight or which could result in conditions which are harmful to the health, safety and welfare of the public.  It is the purpose and the intent of the City to encourage and promote the sound maintenance of property and enhance the livability, community appearance and the social, economic and environmental conditions of the community.

Fire Prevention Videos

The City of Clearlake, Clearlake Police Department, Lake County Fire Protection District and Lake County Public Education and Government Television partnered to produce a series of fire prevention videos to educate the public on ways to prevent fires in our community, as well as how to report overgrown vegetation in neighborhoods.
