The City of Clearlake is conducting an update to the Housing Element. The Housing Element, part of the City’s General Plan, is a policy document that addresses existing and future housing needs for all Clearlake residents and economic groups. The State of California requires by law that the Housing Element be updated periodically. The City is updating the document for the 2019-2027 period.
The City conducted two public workshops with the Planning Commission on April 2 and June 4, 2019 regarding the update to obtain public input.
