The Planning Department is responsible for developing long range plans for the growth of Clearlake and reviewing development proposals for consistency with those plans. It provides a wide range of development services to the community, including:
- Applications for commercial signs
- Lot mergers and lot line adjustments
- Residential and commercial fences (Clarify)
- Subdivisions
- Use permits
